Epidural Lysis of Adhesion

This very successful technique involves the use of a specially designed RACZ catheter to diagnose and treat epidural adhesions and inflammation that prevent the healing of radicular pain caused by ruptured disc, epidural hemorrhage, postlaminectomy syndrome, or vertebral body fracture.  This is accomplished by performing an epiduralgram to identify the precise location of the scar tissue and treating it with mechanical lysis, enzymatic dissolution, saline irrigation, steroid placement, and local anesthetic administration
