Dr. Gary P. Thomas - A board certified anesthesiologist with subspecialty training in Pain Management. Dr. Thomas received his degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. He did residency training in anesthesiology at Mount Sinai in New York. Following his residency, Dr. Thomas completed a fellowship in pain management at Mount Sinai.

Dr. Thomas' practice is dedicated to pain management utilizing the latest medications, pain relieving therapies, and fluoroscopy guided injections/treatments. He utilizes the latest state of the art traditional medicine and combines this with the proven complimentary/alternative modalities to achieve faster and more complete healing.

Dr. Chaim Mandelbaum - A board certified anesthesiologist with subspecialty training in Pain Management. Dr. Mandelbaum received his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn. He did residency training in anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. Following his residency, Dr. Mandelbaum completed a fellowship in pain management at Mount Sinai.

Dr. Mandelbaum specializes in innovative techniques in pain management. He incorporates a unique multi-disciplinary approach using both minimally invasive and non-invasive techniques. Dr. Mandelbaum has specialty training in radiofrequency techniques, epidural lysis of adhesions, selective nerve blocks, sympathetic blocks, spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pumps.

Dr. Richard Balotti, Jr. - graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine, then interned at Hahnmann University Hospital. He competed a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute, followed by a Fellowship in Pain Management at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
